1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the xbajkk website at xbajkk.net, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you ("the Player" or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the xbajkk platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and xbajkk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the xbajkk platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform following publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those updates. xbajkk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with xbajkk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xbajkk operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Minors are prohibited from accessing or using any part of the xbajkk platform.
• You must be the lawful holder of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds on xbajkk. Third-party payment is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of xbajkk is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of xbajkk or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement at the time of registration.

xbajkk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of xbajkk products, including sports betting, live casino, and slots, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

You are required to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. xbajkk will not be liable for any failed communications or delayed transactions resulting from outdated account information provided by the player.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active xbajkk account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• Verification: xbajkk may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any time it deems appropriate. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Bangladesh mobile number: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for account verification, two-factor authentication (2FA), and payment processing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

xbajkk reserves the right to refuse any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to any specific product, promotion, or payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

xbajkk supports a range of payment methods designed to serve the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. Deposits are typically credited to your xbajkk account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. xbajkk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial service providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xbajkk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of the offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Game contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire if not used within the period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and affected balances forfeited.
• Right to withdraw: xbajkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to such modification.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh may be subject to additional terms published at the time of the promotion. Players are encouraged to review all promotional terms before opting in.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as reported by the governing body of that sport. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, xbajkk's decision — informed by the official result — shall be final. The following specific rules apply to cricket betting:

• Bets on matches that are abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the period specified in the individual market rules will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. xbajkk is not responsible for the accuracy of in-play data provided by third-party data suppliers.

Casino Games: All slot games and RNG table games use certified random number generators that are independently audited. Results cannot be predicted, influenced, or replicated. Any wager placed and accepted by the system is binding regardless of the outcome.

Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection, server error, or any other technical failure during a game session or while a bet is being processed, xbajkk will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs to determine the correct outcome. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned at xbajkk's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the xbajkk platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal gameplay conditions.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities. xbajkk complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

xbajkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in xbajkk's dormant account policy.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting xbajkk support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should refer to xbajkk's Responsible Gaming Policy for details on the self-exclusion process, cooling-off periods, and deposit limit options available to them.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. xbajkk may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player before any deduction is made.
